Vice President, Tax; ONEOK Partners, L.P.

Tim Blake is vice president – tax of ONEOK and ONEOK Partners. He is responsible for tax-related matters including mergers, income, ad valorem, sales use and excise taxes. He also oversees master limited partnership tax issues, Financial Accounting Standards 740, annual franchise reports, and unclaimed property.

Blake, who formerly was manager of tax accounting, joined ONEOK in 1990 as an accountant trainee and has held roles of increasing responsibility.

A Certified Public Accountant, Blake is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member and former president of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute and a board member for the Master Limited Partnership Association. He speaks throughout the year on various tax topics to both inside and outside organizations. He is an active member of his church and also volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity.

A native of Kansas, Blake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 1990 from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa and a Master of Taxation degree in 1998 from the University of Tulsa.
